BAMBI Dental compressor parts: to ensure service

It is a good idea to keep up to date with BAMBI dental compressor parts. The compressors used in dentistry seem silent, clean and vibration free and perfectly designed for a sterile environment.  Their discreet presence just might leave you believing they will never go wrong.   However, even dental compressors break down and need dental compressor parts.   Cylinders, coils, springs, filters, pumps  and the many different parts that form the dental compressor need replacement at some point; and if you need any persuasion then cast your eye around the dental surgery and look at all the parts you will see.  Clean white tops, sterile trays, metal bowls, the dental chair, the articulated robotic equipment with cable and a variety of implements: extraction tools, drills, scale removers, to name a few.  All parts which make up the effective dental clinician’s practice, at least on the surface.  Dental compressor parts no less contribute to the complete dental practice and have a more fundamental role to play. No amount of shiny bright dental accoutrements and sparkling tools will do much of a job if the dental compressor fails to function.

Check out our manuals on this website or give us a call and we will help you with dental compressor parts to suit your needs.

Vertical compressor: straight up.

Vertical compressor: straight up.

There is so much about a vertical compressor that is straight up that a proverbial book could be written.   Like many tall things the advantages of height rather than breadth are manifold.  In the workplace the benefits of space saving ramify on many work issues, such as budget, personnel and quality of environment, for the better. Wherever you need a stationary unit the vertical compressor will probably fulfil that need amply.    Install this compressor and fix it in  place and you have health and safety benefits that a movable compressor won’t give you.

At 8 feet and 5 inches Suleiman Ali Nashnush of Libya was possibly the tallest ever basketball player and his team reaped the benefits of his bird’s eye view on the game and his ability to lot through the net almost without effort.  Burj Khalifa in Dubai is the world’s tallest building at 2,723 feet high and it reaches into the Middle-Eastern skyline dwarfing other buildings previously considered tall. Its benefits for the Middle-East, vastly different to those of the vertical compressor, lie within attracting investments and tourists to the area. The Giant Redwood tree of North America grows to over 350 feet tall allowing it to survey imperially its surroundings over it other forest cousins.

The vertical compressor can survey its surroundings but more importantly it will stay in a fixed position and enable the work to be planned around it.

Air Compressor Displacement

Many compressors use feedback control systems to either throttle the amount of intake air supplied to the compressor (known as modulating system control or throttling), or to reduce the compressor displacement/speed to accommodate for system load ( known as variable displacement/variable speed control, respectively).
These optional control systems can save energy costs by responding in real time to the needs of the system.  For example, if a compressed air flow of 100 SCFM at 80 PSIG is required for 2 hours of the workday and after this initial use only 50 SCFM at 80 PSIG is required, a variable speed compressor can accommodate for this change by adjusting the speed of the electric motor driving the compressor.  In this example the motor speed will lessen and the required electrical demand to product the required compressed air will lessen as well.  All the while, maintaining adequate compressed air pressure and flow.

Dental compressor parts: for the healthy at heart

Those with a zest for life, always keeping fit and eating healthy whole foods, fresh produce and lean meat and fish, will appreciate just what part quality dental compressor parts play in the whole health scenario. Eating well, not necessarily organic food - but plenty of wholesome fruit and vegetables, and very little armful fats and sugar to attack us – is key to our good health and possibly long life, we hope.  They say a healthy body leads to a healthy mind, or maybe it’s vice versa – a healthy mind leads to a healthy body – but one thing is for sure and that is that as long as we are applying the same health principles to our teeth then we will have healthy mouths, gums and dentures. Regular brushing, flossing, and mouth-washing should keep our teeth in reasonable condition.

Regular visits to the dentist will help us maintain this oral health that we so need. Nothing is worse than seeing someone give a beautiful wide smile and display a set of decaying enamels. But if you go to a dentist whose technician hasn’t bothered to keep the bambi compressor equipment maintained and ready for the job in hand (or mouth) by ensuring the correct dental compressor parts are fitted, then all you good healthy habits will be for nothing.

For good dental services you need good dental compressors and equally good dental compressor parts.
